Project Management Methodology

The software development project will be carried on using SSADM. SSADM is a waterfall method or Spiral method for the analysis and design of information systems. SSADM can be thought to represent a pinnacle of the rigorous document-led approach to system design, and contrasts with more contemporary agile methods such as DSDM or Scrum.

SSADM is one particular implementation and builds on the work of different schools of structured analysis and development methods, such as Peter Checkland's Soft Systems Methodology, Larry Constantine's Structured Design, Edward Yourdon's Yourdon Structured Method, Michael A. Jackson's Jackson Structured Programming, and Tom DeMarco's Structured Analysis.

SSADM can reduce the chances of initial requirements being mis-understood and of the systems functionality straying from the requirements through the use of inadequate analysis and design techniques. However, SSADM assumes that the requirements (in the form of an agreed requirements specification) will not change during the development of a project. Following each step of SSADM rigorously can be time consuming and there may be a considerable delay between inception and delivery (which is typically the first time the users see a working system). The longer the development time the more chance of the system meeting the requirements specification but not satisfying the business requirements at the time of delivery.

Rapid Applications Development (RAD) has been used successfully in many organizations and is currently gaining more formal support under the auspices of the DSDM consortium.

Annual Maintenance Charge(AMC): : After warranty period A7z Soft Ltd  will offer an Annual Maintenance Agreement for the software. Cost of the AMC will be decided after the warranty period. After delivery if any problem will be found in the system then it will be fixing without cost.

Monthly service charge must be drop within 5th date of the running month. For the new module the extra develop charge must be carry of the received client. Any new data will be added immediately. Any problem (software) will be solved within two and half an hour. Service charge  monthly 3,000/- (Three Thousand Taka only) . After installation and run the software, the payment will be given.

Time frame of Software Delivery and Installation: The software delivery and Implementation period will be thirty (30) working Days after receiving the work order.


End user Training: A7z Soft Ltd will provide necessary training to the concerned executives so that they can operate the software smoothly.
